1. General Terms
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients using WebPoise services including website development, web applications, graphic design, 3D model integration, and maintenance services.
- By making a payment or utilising any of our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Payments & Refund Policy
- All payments made are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including project cancellation from the client's side.
- Full or partial payment must be completed before starting any project.
- For custom development or add-on features, extra charges may apply based on complexity.
3. Project Delivery & Timeline
- All timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback delays, or additional feature requests.
- Any delay in providing required materials (content, images, logos, etc.) from the client will extend the delivery timeline.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate content, graphics, or data needed for the project.
- WebPoise is not responsible for grammar, accuracy, or copyright issues in the content provided by the client.
- Clients must review and approve final drafts before deployment.
5. Ownership & Copyright
- After full payment, the client receives rights to the completed project.
- WebPoise retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, websites, or marketing materials.
- Clients are not allowed to resell or redistribute our templates, designs, or frameworks without permission.
6. Hosting, Maintenance & Third-Party Services
- WebPoise does not take responsibility for downtime caused by hosting providers, domain providers, or external services.
- Maintenance is included only if purchased. Without a maintenance plan, any update or fix will be charged separately.
- Third-party integrations (APIs, payment gateways, etc.) may have additional charges and terms beyond our control.
7. Project Cancellation
- If the client fails to provide required content within 30 days, WebPoise may pause or close the project.
- No refunds will be issued for abandoned or delayed projects.
8. Limitation of Liability
- WebPoise is not liable for business losses, revenue loss, or damages caused by website errors, hosting issues, or misuse of features.
- We are not responsible for security breaches caused by weak passwords or negligence from the client.
9. Changes to Terms
WebPoise reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified in case of significant changes.
